Preguntas a los Devs

No te disculpes Robinson, llevas razón.
Pues propongo hacer un listado de preguntas durante esta semana y enviarselas todas juntas, aunque tarden, siempre será mejor que aburrirles con un lluvia constante cada día de cosas.

las preguntas tendrán que ser sobre temas no resueltos en el foro o que podamos obtener la respuesta de una manera sencilla sin ellos.

proponga numerarlas todas para si hay que comentar algo de alguna baste con decir, pues sobre la 12 yo pienso que...
y si alguno no es capaz de traducirlas al inglés o alemán, procuraremos ayudarle entre todos.

empiezo yo.

1. Does the motivation affect to the habilities or bonuses of the employees proportionally, or it begins to have a negative effect, when it reachs 70, or 50 or less, thanks

2. Does the low motivation affect, in any sense, to the work of the following employees?:
-financial adviser
-scout
-assistant coach,

3. When you send to formation an employee, in which percentage does his/her efectivity fall? thanks

4. Would it be possible in future updates of the game, to set how many fouls on each quarter are necessary for the coach to take off any player. For example, 2 in the 1st; 3 in the 2nd.....
